Dr Aleatha Shanley

Aleatha Shanley is a lecturer in the ECU School of Science.

Background

Aleatha previously worked for the Department of Defence supporting Defence Information Systems before moving on to work for Unisys, Defence contractor, in a similar role. Aleatha worked in web development for 10 years, designing and developing web applications both nationally and internationally.

Aleatha also collaborated with ECU on the AU2EU Project, an EU-funded collaborative research and development project that aimed to increase trust, security and privacy using eAuthorisation and eAuthentication systems.
