Dr Senali Madugoda Gunaratnege

Senali serves as a lecturer and a unit coordinator in the Master of Information Systems (MIS) program within the Discipline of Business Systems and Operations at the School of Business and Law.

Biography

Dr. Senali Madugoda Gunaratnege serves as a lecturer within the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. Building on a robust research background, she previously held research positions at both Edith Cowan University, WA, and Flinders University, SA. Senali earned her PhD from the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University, Australia. Her significant research contributions have gained recognition in top journals, showcasing expertise in the context of business analytics, innovation, and technology.

Before pursuing her doctoral studies, Senali actively engaged in the field, serving as a lecturer and facilitator. Her current research focuses on the impact of Machine Learning, AI, and digital adoption, with a particular emphasis on their implications for social well-being.
